September 9, 2011: $300 and Roommate Request Form

November 2, 2011: $300 and All Cruise line required documentation

December 19, 2011: Final payment of no more than $200

All meals, except 2 lunches while en route on bus are included.

All transportation is included.

Make checks payable to “WBOP”, and label with student’s name and purpose. If paying by Student Account, use a Withdrawal Request Form. If you wish to know your student account balance contact Janice Mathis at jmmathis@bellsouth.net

Tentative Itinerary:

Thursday, January 26:        Depart Walton at 6:30 am for Savannah. Bring breakfast. Lunch en route.

                                                Perform at GMEA in Savannah

                                                Dinner in Savannah

                                                Check in to hotel

Friday, January 27:              Depart Savannah at 6:30am for Port Canaveral, Florida

                                                Embark on “Monarch of the Seas” cruise ship

                                                Set sail for Nassau, Bahamas at 4:30pm

Saturday, January 28:         Nassau, Bahamas                            

Sunday, January 29:           Coco Cay, Bahamas (Cruise line private island).

Monday, January 30:          Ship docks in Port Canaveral, Florida

                                                Load buses and depart for Walton. Lunch en route.

                                                Arrive at Walton approximately 5:00 pm
